We had an amazing time at a beautiful eco-friendly lodge that offered breathtaking views and a peaceful connection with nature. the staff at Inzu Lodge were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and supported as solo travelers. the safari tents were stylish, comfortable, and clean, and the food served in the restaurant was outstanding. We especially loved the pineapple and sausage brochettes for dinner and the French toast and granola for breakfast. The whole set-up of the lodge, nestled in a tropical garden with direct beach access, added to the overall charm of our stay. Cons: Not obvious to find 🔍.

We absolutely loved the stunning view of Lake Kivu from the property. The gardens were beautifully maintained and gave a peaceful ambiance. The staff gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The tents were well-organized, allowing for privacy while still enjoying the amazing view. The shared shower and eco-toilet were clean and well-kept, and the fact that they provided constant warm water was a plus. We also appreciated the effort they put into reducing plastic waste by providing filtered water tanks for refilling bottles.

The location of the hotel is breathtaking, with stunning views of the lake and surrounding scenery. Guests can enjoy watching fishing boats on the lake and listening to the fishermen's singing. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel pays attention to environmental issues. The dining area is cozy and offers a beautiful view over the lake. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable.
The noise from a nearby hotel's outdoor dance club can disturb sleep on Friday and Saturday nights.
